My older child has PT orders but the office-style practices I've seen seem so sleepy and not conducive to motivating physical activity. Any recommendations? |

They are all over this area. When you go in, first thing you do is do 5 minutes on an exercise bike to warm up. Great for active folks. I've been there many times before. |
