| This is not a GA vs ECNL type post ... just curious why GA would have do their National ID while GA finals are going on - making a lot of girls have to miss it. If this is an event to help the players, why do it when some of the best will still be playing? Seems odd and short sided. |

| Because it needs to be done at a time when there will be scouts. It's not enough players to hold a separate event. So they do it at finals because the scouts are already there. Remember, the entire purpose of GA is to provide recruiting exposure. National ID only helps players if there are scouts there to see it. |
