Who cares? My spouse and I have combined finances, but we aren't millionaires and are regular salaried workers with very typical income. Celebrities tend to have fluctuating income, often earn money in multiple states and countries during the course of a year, and have complicated tax, insurance, and cash flow situations. I would not assume that the choice to keep credit cards, or other finances, separate had anything to do with their relationship.

If the implication is that separate cards enable them to engage in cheating or other betrayals, well if a wealthy person is inclined to cheat or betray their spouse, it is very easy for them to just get a secret credit card they don't know about. Someone who is motivated to cheat will find a way to do so, a couple agreeing to have separate credit cards is not really necessary for that to occur.
