Archery in Montgomery county

Any good recommendations for MoCo? I am surprised my low muscle tone kid enjoys archery, and he wants to practice more for aiming. Is that indoor option?

archery is an indoor and outdoor sport. Check out the USA archery website and look for a club with JOAD. There's not a ton in Montgomery county, but there are some options.

There is a good club at Lake Needwood in MoCo
With extra meet ups outside of the club.

My low-muscle tone girl lived archery and there was an archery team at Rocky Hill MS and Clarksburg HS. They are gone now so believe. Lake Needwood has a program and Saturday at 11a Oriole Archers have practice for middle and high schoolers at S.Germantown’s range. My daughter competed on this JOAD team before leaving for college. A nice camp is Frederick County Rec and it is very affordable and fun.

Where is this range? Oriole Archers is in Parkton, MD now.

From what I understand the coach coaches kids at the S. Germantown archery range some Saturdays from 11a. - 1p. They are teens of all ages. My child aged out of this group.
