Anyways to relieve stress

Anonymous
My kid tends to have nose bleeding when he/she is really stressed. It is not medical or ENT problem. He/she feels better after nose bleeding, but sometimes it takes daily nose bleeding for a few days. Anyways to relieve stress?

Has a doctor confirmed your theory that this is not a medical issue?

Is he doing something to make it bleed? This could be some kind of OCD or anxiety driven skin picking.

Sheesh, that sounds like a precursor to cutting type behavior and would terrify me. Counseling stat if that happened here.

WTF OP. You and your doc not worried??

Do you mean they pick inside their nose to make it bleed? That is cutting behavior and your kid needs therapy stat.
