Hi,
Can anyone suggest any hair care to apply before swim. What is your routine in taking care of hair when swimming? |

| Wear a cap, wet hair with regular water before getting in pool to limit chlorine absorption. Wash with chlorine balancing shampoo. Lots of conditioner. |

| My swimmer DD uses a clarifying shampoo (Moroccan Oil brand) and her hair looks great. |

| wash hair with Malibu C swimmers shampoo. Expensive but works a lot better than ultra swim. |
