Bullis Wrestling

If you have a kid on the Bullis wrestling team, you might be interested in a recent post on the Ocean City Foodies FB group. Apparently some boys dined and dashed and one of them is wearing a Bullis wrestling shirt.

The parents might want to quickly call the restaurant and arrange to pay the tab…and try to get the pictures of the kids removed.

FYI, it’s a public group (ie, you don’t have to join to see the posts). Here you go: https://www.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=24392760120349219&id=3435976036454266

Too late, word is out. The email addresses of the Bullis wrestling coach and head of school have been posted in the comments.

And that kind of entitled coddling just encourages and perpetuates the crappy behavior. Alternatively, the parents might want to drag their kids in to the restaurant to pay, apologize and wash some dishes.

I assume they are there on beach week without parents. The parents need to pay the bill and give a massive tip and make them earn money to refund their parents by doing a job like washing toilets somewhere.

It’s not the 1950s.

The kids could face criminal charges.

That was fast! The post was removed from the FB group.

I guess someone tipped off the parents and they quickly threw money at the problem.

Hope they paid that restaurant well. Very sad.

Clutching my pearls. It’s so ghastly that these precious rich children should face consequences for their poor behavior of stealing food! There are plenty of “kids” facing criminal charges after beach week.

I know they are without their parents. I’m suggesting the parents should actually drive to the beach and deal with this properly and then put their kids back in the car and bring them home where they belong, because theses children clearly are not mature enough to handle being at the beach without adult supervision.

If they earn the money to pay tuition and aren't "retired" due to generational wealth then they will need the time off from work to meet with a good lawyer and hopefully get good advice from an adolescent therapist on how to hold their kid accountable. Plus, I don't think I could drive safely with my kid in the car knowing my kid did something so entitled, rude and obnoxious. I would definitely make sure there are serious consequences and my kid compensated these people well, but I would not put others in danger as i drive to and from the beach in a rage.

So much anonymous rage over an internet story and photo. Get help.

Not going to be a popular opinion here but whose to say that kid actually went to Bullis? Kids end up with t-shirts from all kinds of places. Kids outgrow clothes and give them to family, friends or even donate them.
