| I have gone to so many different barbers and stylists for DS7 and getting a “normal haircut” is so hit or miss. I typically ask them to just scissor cut the top front and barely touch it. I’d like the back and around the ears to be clean but no fades! What is a good number in the back and bottom for a normal, standard, conservative boy haircut? Do you start at 3 at the bottom and blend to 4 with scissors only at the top? I need specific language and numbers! DS also has the swirl cowlick at the crown so the hair cannot be too short there. Hence the scissor cut. |

I always said 2 on the sides and not too short on top. This is when he was little and didn’t care. It was definitely pretty short.
No clue what DS says now but he likes it longer. |
