Can you put a price on Safety? |

The Nation? Really OP?
If you think you’re living in a police state you have no idea what a police state is. |
Is it one where plainclothes men can abduct you off the street because they don’t like your op-ed? |
Questioning the source without interacting with the content is weak. |
Enlighten us, o wise one. |
What is that supposed to mean? Everything costs money. We put prices on safety all. The. Time. Rich people get private security Communities have private gates Houses are more expensive in “safe” areas Guns are more expensive if they kill more people per second. Police officers don’t get paid that much, but will get paid more in wealthier areas (probably for doing less actual work) Yes, there is a price on safety. The biggest price is when you pay for it in the rights and liberties of other people. |
Seems like there was a whole quote about trading liberty for safety…hmmmm |
As we near the End Times, “peace and safety” will be the political cry, to establish it at the expense of freedom, even freedom of religion.
For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. 1 Thessalonians 5:3 |
Key is bolded there |
I chuckle when liberals invoke the Bible in an effort to make a point. You actually sound like a conspiracy theorist. Do you believe in the rapture too? |
yep. |
I thought he had dementia. |
What's the conspiracy? Trump is out in the open with press conferences and everything. You think he's hiding something? |
