Real age vs. fitness age?

How accurate are these measurements? Anyone care to share their real, vs estimated "fitness" age?

Its all a gimmick, but one that helps with fitness engagement - which is a good thing. I prefer to dunk on people 20 years younger than me as my fitness age metric.

Like on the Garmin? My fitness age is 34.5 and actual age is 39.

My fitness age is 20 and my real age is 41.

Seems like BS to me. I am bordering on overweight and exercise inconsistently at best.
