Uniform changes

If your child’s school has a change in the school uniform, when do they typically announce the change to families?

Flynn O'Hara told me they have a policy that they need to know about the change a year in advance so they can get rid of embroidered items.

Thanks, PP. Does Lands End have a similar policy? Just trying to plan purchases.

I assume lands end embroiders on demand, so I doubt it.

Agree. Flynn O'Hara has a stock of embroidered items for each school they serve already done in store.

Funny you ask. My DC’s parochial school JUST announced blazers for the upcoming school year. I would have preferred more notice, and that the blazer be optional. Especially given the timing of the announcement was mid-summer!
