Mohamed Soliman will now be charged with first degree murder.

I generally believe the government shouldn’t be in the business of killing their own citizens, but I’m not coming to this guy’s defense.

Sad. I’m against death penalty though. But, America is now the land of the depraved and cruel, so I’ll expect more of it.

I used to be very against the death penalty, but as I've gotten older, I now understand the "eye for an eye" mentality.

Some people don't deserve to have a life.

Is he the one who filed for asylum? If he did, does he still get tried or sent to what ever country from where he moved to U.S.A?
