I am specifically interested in what it means if scotus opines on the injunction for federal rifs. Is their say final given it's on the emergency docket? If they don't opine before they go into recess, then what? Thanks!

| They can still issue a decision while in recess. Even if they don't they can issue a decision when they return in October. |
