Basis students leaving

Are there any rising 9th grade Basis students who are leaving? My son was offered MacArthur off the waitlist and I just wanted to know if there were other kids going?

If not, where will you kid be going for 9th grade.

My DD got into MacArthur but declined and is staying at BASIS.

Basis and MacArthur are very different schools from each other. You and your child need to weigh out the pros and cons of each school to decide. Even if a Basis kid or two is switching to MacArthur, that shouldn’t be what you base your decision on.

Real quick, just because I asked the question doesn’t mean I’m making a decision based on the answers you give. I parent better than that. Just a simple question with the simple answer and just to let you know I talked to high school students at Basis and I spoke to my child.

I can understand that. Basis high school is so small and my child really want to take advantage of the NAF Academy.

Thank you so much for stating the obvious i.e. Basis and MacArthur being two different schools. I know that I’ve done my research. I’m just asking a simple question by the way 20 kids could be going to MacArthur from Basis and they still wouldn’t sway my decision.
