Nice, clean hotel in Tarrytown or Dobbs Ferry?

Please recommend a hotel that is clean. Upscale preferred but it doesn't have to be super luxury. I thought I'd found something promising but the reviews of lack of cleanliness was scary. I have stayed before at the Opus in Westchester which was nice (although pricey for what it was) and I'd rather not drive all the way to White Plains for this particular trip.

I don't think there are any hotels in Dobbs Ferry. I know there's are a few chain hotels in Tarrytown that I'm sure will be fine - clean and safe.

We like Residence inn orangeburg across tappan zee bridge. Has a pool and quick access to tarrytown.

+1 We always stay at a huge one- maybe a Holiday Inn or HI Express? off the hwy near Tarrytown. You will be fine.
