Quail egg recipes

A friend keeps domestic quail and gave me a dozen eggs. They are very pretty, but I have no idea what to make with them.

Any suggestions beyond “crack a bunch and make a frittata” or “cook one at a time to make teeny-weeny fried eggs”?

Hatch them out and raise quail.
