Vomiting with Zepbound?

I’ve been in Zepbound for about 9 months. I went up to 7.5mg over time and lost 35 lbs. I’ve been doing maintenance tapering for the past few months and took my second 5mg dose two days ago. I was fine Friday, definitely not very hungry though.

I ate a normal size dinner last night and still felt full when I went to bed. Had a lot of nausea this morning and then out of nowhere basically projectile vomiting. Two rounds of it. I haven’t eaten anything all day and am not hungry.

Has anyone else had anything like this? I’m wavering between having eaten something bad (although no one else is sick) and a Zepbound side effect.

I haven’t had this in the entire time on Zepbound and I’m a little concerned.

Ask your prescribing Dr for Zofran/anti nausea med

Yes, it was triggered by a meal with lots of fiber. What did you eat?

This happens to me occasionally. I have the anti nausea pills.

I threw up after a too-big meal twice. Why does food taste so good???
