new add at bottom of page while scrolling

I don't like it. While scrolling, I accidentally hit it or have to take my time to find the x to x it out of the way while scrolling. I'm on Crome. While it might count as an add hit, it also counts as a snap of a rubber ban on my wrist reminding me not to waste my precious time on earth scrolling here. Not sure what my ask is.

Can you provide a screenshot because I don't know what you are talking about? There should not be ads of that type.
