Accidentally over-withdrew on DC 529 MD college savings plan

I accidentally withdrew too much funds for DC Maryland 529 College Savings Plan and plan to recontribute the funds within 60 days but I wonder if there is any IRS form to fill out so that I don't get hit with a tax penalty. I can't locate it on Google searches.

I had a credit from college and we just put it back in the account - no form.
