Recommend your reliable IT support company (for small business)

For a small business in downtown DC: for small network set-up/support (3-4 people, one server), help with occasional software/hardware problems, and if possible, website and e-mail support.

I desperately need someone reliable - someone who responds reasonably quickly to problems, returns calls and e-mails, does not miss scheduled visits, and does not create three new problems for every one he has "fixed" (just the opposite of my current IT guy, that is. Current guy charges $90/hour, and I'd pay a little more for better service).
