Political Signs- Who To Call?

Someone keeps putting Levar Stoney signs on my lawn. I'm on a busy corner so it appears (maybe) to be just an ignorant person who is assuming it's in the public right of way. But it's not. The signs are easily 5-10 feet within my property line. I keep removing them but whoever is placing them there not only puts more but he doubles down- i.e. I throw away 4 and he replaces 6. I've had about 10 cycles of this and I'm over it. I'm not wasting money on security cameras and the police say there is nothing to be done.

Use one of the boards and paper over it with a sign that says "Private Lawn: Not a Right of Way" and leave it there for 3 weeks.
