Private Soccer Training Recommendation for 14 year old

Hello all, I am looking for a solid training program in the Springfield/Alexandria area for my 14 year old boy. I have used private trainers in the past and they have helped but I feel like they lack structure and a defined improvement plan. Does anyone have any recommendations? I used FC Training Grounds but found the instructor to be extremely rude and unprofessional.
