Tour recommendation for Mt Fuji and Hakone?

| Going to Japan in 2 weeks. Our Full Day Private Tour to Mt Fuji and Hakone (Marunouchi) got cancelled. Does anyone have any recommendations for a similar tour with what company you used? Thank you! |

| I’ve had good experiences using Viator to find both small group and private tours while on vacation. I haven’t used it for Japan though so don’t have a specific operator to recommend. |

I don't have any recommendations (so feel free to disregard the whole post!) but want to reassure you that getting around in Japan is surprisingly easy. Between the inherent kindness/ helpfulness of the people, the excellent signage, and good old google, we found it incredibly easy to navigate without hiring help. I was a little nervous-- it was my first time in an Asian country-- but everything was smooth and clear and weirdly intuitive. We had a wonderful time.
