What's up with the posts of people extensively trashing the University of Richmond?

Hundreds of replies between the two of them, all acting like the University of Richmond killed their dog or something.
Are these all a few trolls?

The first one is locked though I don't remember locking it or why I locked it. The original poster of the second doesn't appear to have posted in the first one, though the poster could have with a different IP address. However, the original poster of the second thread was clearly trolling. The poster posted over 40 times, frequently sock puppeting and changing his/her story. In some posts the poster's daughter had chosen UVA instead and in other the daughter had chosen William and Mary. Because that thread was so dominated by the OP's posts, I deleted it.
