Summer screen time limits

What are your kid's summer screen time limits?

We do a standard 2-hours per day limit for phones, locking 2 hours before bedtime. We haven't set anything on the laptop yet but I want to since the phone is basically text/call only and the laptop is where they are melting their brain while pretending to do school summer assignments (like Khan academy).

What's reasonable?

Same as during school.

We do 2 hours independent limit. If we watch a movie with them or play video games as a family we do not count it in their limit.

We do screen free mornings. After lunch, they are free to use devices with no time limit, but it is understood they will do some screen free activities too (plans with friends, walk the dog, run errands, go to the gym, go for ice cream, etc).
