S/o Are the troops and military vehicles and tanks leaving?

Anyone seen them moving troops out? Some were apparently in govt office buildings on cots. How about the trains of tanks and military vehicles?
Or are they here to keep us on our best behavior? |

| It may be a transportation issue. I'm sure they want to get home. Putting them on cots in office buildings is horrible and disrespectful. |
