Best AI in January for couples trip

We are celebrating a milestone anniversary and would like to take a 3-4 night trip away from the kids.

I *think* we'd most likely be interested in doing absolutely nothing but rotting on a beach chair and enjoying a nice pool. Given the short turnaround, we'd prefer a direct flight to give us more time on the ground.

Budget is ideally $5K for the weekend.

Any recommendations?
