Do you have an adjustable bed with massage?

Tell me about it - is the massage worth it? Where does it massage? Do you use the other features like raising your head/legs?

Yes! Splurged for temperpedic ergo bed with adjustment and massage. I LOVE it. My DH and I both enjoy the massages and different relaxation settings. The app tracks sleep as well and Bluetooth into bed music or white noise. It is bliss.

The massage feature is just vibration, right? Does that really do anything?

I could see how the zero gravity positioning would be relaxing

I remember those in older motels.

We have an adjustable bed with massage. We never use the massage. It's just vibration and really loud on the hardwood floor.

We love the adjustability, though. Zero gravity is very comfy and raising the head slightly solves many snoring issues.

Same for us. The one we got happened to come with the vibration. My kids think it’s funny, but we really don’t use it.

I love the adjustability but my dh doesn’t for some reason. So I use it when he’s out of town, or when I’m sick and he’s sleeping in the guest room.

I’m the poster that uses massage. There’s a vibration that helps with sleeplessness that always calms me and the app has a get ready for sleep function that moves in various positions and vibrations and it always puts me right to sleep

Yes. It is wonderful and I raise my legs every night for about 20 minutes before flattening it for sleep.
