Rome - suggestions for airbnb or hotel near Vatican

I realize it's a super crowded year in Rome. With that said, I am planning a trip to attend an event at the Vatican in late October. Any suggestions for an airbnb or hotel for three adults preferably closet to Vatican or close-ish? Or any suggestions for a nice part of Rome if close to Vatican doesn't work?
If this helps, we plan to tour the city for Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday with the events at Vatican on Sunday and Wednesday. |

| A friend just stayed at Starhotels Michelangelo. Quick walk (less than 10 mins) to Vatican. She liked it so I made a note of it but I don’t have first hand experience |
