Christening gift for niece with twins

Anonymous
I have not been to a christening for a while (Catholic). I would like to give a gift. What is appropriate? I was thinking a frame with a cross for each. Is giving money customary, and how much?

Picture frame and a prayer book sound perfect. I would do the prayer book instead of the cross. Money is not customary.

Money is fine. They’ll get a bunch of prayer books, crosses, bibles, etc.

Here are some ideas

Picture frame

A book, maybe one like this:

A stuffed animal like a lamb that references religion.

A name puzzle like this

Money is fine, either something like a $20 bill in a card, or a check that can be added to a 529 account.

Anything you would give a baby is fine. Books. A card with a small amount of money.
