BS. I had a family member who handled the clearances for the Manhattan project. There was plenty of bureaucracy but no one writes books about it.

The techbros are the height of arrogance. No one will respect them in the military. The constant disdain and lack of respect for the government is appalling. You really have zero insight into the technology capabilities of the DoD. We had a techbro propose a technological solution in my division and it was a f**king joke. They’re great at designing solutions for people sitting in their houses with FiOs; not so much troops out in the field without internet. Morons.

Good at technology but not efficiency. They don't have skills, experience, or interest in how to manage a very large organization of people in which tech plays a supporting role.

DP who posted above about their home internet requirements for field conditions. I think they might be good at efficiency in private commercial realms. They efficiently get new features no one asked for to market! They suck at things like developing and deploying applications that are low battery drain and life dependent. They also seem to be very efficient at leaking consumer data in the private sector all the time too.

Commercial companies have different requirements and goals than government. MAGA and techbros inability to grasp this concept is the problem.
