If you have a single-zone mini-split heat pump, are you satisfied or dissatisfied?

What make, model and BTUs? What size room does the unit serve?

How many years have you owned the unit, and what did you pay for installation?

Any problems/issues so far?

I have one in a backyard office, just 200 square feet — I think 9000 btu? If I remember correctly — high ceilings, and I love it so much we are getting them in our primary bedroom, kitchen, and upstairs. Quiet, dehumidifying, climate controlling.
