Inexpensive stores/clothing that looks nice - I am losing weight and my sizing will continue to change

Anonymous
I’m on a weight loss plan with my endocrinologist and am down over 115lbs. The goal is to get me out of obesity and into a healthy weight range for 5’3. I’m actually hyperthyroid strangely so I should be much smaller already.

I am currently about 5’3 and 153lbs. I have been wearing target brand mediums for tops and bottoms in casual and leisure wear. Dresses for dressier occasions which given the trapeze style, still fit from my larger days.

Where can I shop for summer pieces but not spend too much as my weight and size changes?

Congratulations on your weight loss! PPs have made good suggestions. Also, check out consignment stores for some higher end brands for less, and sometimes you can re-sell the items once you’ve moved on to a different size. Good luck!

Click on the sales tab when you are on line for any store. I get some amazing deals that way even on nicer brands.

Agree with the recommendations for Old Navy and H&M. Also Gap Factory online. Don't forget about thrift stores, too.

I shopped at thrift stores and got great deals as I lost weight - it's a great solution, and since you are still losing, you won't be spending too much
