After selling our home we are looking for a single family home with 4+ bedrooms to rent for the next couple of years. We are targeting Spring Valley, Wesley Heights, AU Park, Palisades, Kent to be closer to my parents and school. We are a family of 4 with no pets and are non smokers. We have excellent credit scores and are a dual income (non govt job) household. We would like to be in a home before the start of next school year, but are flexible on timing between now and then. If you’re going to be relocating for a few years or deciding that now may not be the right time to sell, please reach out. (We’ve seen everything that is publicly listed but hoping there may be some hidden opportunities!)
