Where should we go next week?

DH and I were planning a last minute getaway for early next week, no kids. We want something in driving distance. Original plan was to go to a nice resort and chill by the outdoor pool, eat outside, explore etc. I’m looking at the weather and it looks horrible! Wish we could change the dates but we can’t.

Any ideas for what we should do? We don’t want to fly anywhere for just 3 nights. Thanks!

Look at the weather in more detail. Apple Weather shows rain every day, but when you check the hour by hour, it’s usually just a morning or evening shower, which is typical for this region. Tuesday and Wednesday look fine.

Thanks, PP. I included too many details. I’m just looking for ideas where the trip and activities would still be enjoyable if we can’t be outside. Thanks.

You and the other PP are writing this on multiple weather-related threads. It’s ok for people to want a plan that doesn’t rely on an hourly forecast, which currently says mostly rain in the coming days.
