About time the two fake roads to nowhere (a ditch) in Tysons are fixed

Since a body has been found in the big ditch with a pond at the intersection of Galleria and Westpark, that has the two road entrances to nowhere, to a ditch, isn't it about time VDOT covers the entrances with a sidewalk and fencing? If you look on Google maps, there's one faux turn on Galleria approaching Westpark, and if you turn right onto Westpark, there's another.
