Best Splash Pads, Park, Interactive Fountains in NOVA

Hey! Since school is almost out, I thought I would start a thread of area splashpads, parks and fountains, for those days where you don't feel up for getting in the water with your kids.

I've enjoyed Potomac Yard (though lack of shade can be an issue) as well as the fountain at Carlyle.

Anyone else have any reccos or places to avoid?

Second this, it's great (and free) and there's a carousel, playground, and nature trail next to it if you want a break from the water.

I think my kids have been to all the NOVA Parks waterparks with camp (https://www.novaparks.com/waterparks).However, I think they all have pools in addition to the spray park elements, so may or may not meet your "not getting in the water" hopes!
