Tipped off by a teenage fascist influencer, ICE heroically detains a legal visitor before he boarded flight to leave USA

Anonymous
Khany Lame, the most followed TikToker, legally visited US for a business trip.

A teenage racist facist MAGA influencer called the ICE Gestapo to catch this nefarious international crime lord.

ICE, suspicious that Mr Lame was overstaying his visa, tracked the man down to the airport, where he was trying to... board a plane to leave the US. Our patriotic heroes detained the man, before negotiating an agreement, worthy of the Artist of the Deal himself, for Mr Lame to... board his flight and leave the US as Lame had already scheduled.

Life initiates art.
Khaby Lame is famous for him meme videos showing simple alternatives to absurdly complicated "life hacks".
His act crossed the bridges from Internet to meatspace, when he showed that ICE's wasteful, fraudulent, and abusive immigration enforcement could be replaced by simply letting people go about their planned business.

If only you had read the article you included:

In recent months, said his former lawyer, Riccardo Lanzo, Mr. Lame had spent a significant amount of time in the United States, although he was unsure about his visa situation.

According to a statement by ICE, Mr. Lame entered the United States on April 30 and overstayed the terms of his visa. He was granted voluntary departure on Friday and has since left the country.

ICE said they didn't know the date of the alleged visa expiration, and Lame was already at the airport, leaving.

That doesn't sound right. It's only June now. Visa's usually aren't that short. (ICE has been known to make fake-fact statements in the past.)

Sounds like he was at the airport preparing to leave because he was identified by the “teenage fascist” (as you call him) and ICE was there to make sure he actually left.

He probably had a multi-entry visa that had expired in April and was now told to leave.

Yes, how sadistic to banish him back to his terrible nation of... Italy.

You've never heard of a 30 day visa?

Still, how much time and how much money was wasted in investigated him when he was already at the airport preparing to leave the country?

He likely violated the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) which allows Italians (and other EU nations) to stay in the US for up to 90 days in any 180 day period for leisure, business, or transit without requiring a visa.

For someone with a lot of business ventures in the US and frequently coming/going, they need to closely track their 90 days within a rolling 180 day period.
