What’s the deal with the CopaTalento Showcase? How do you get on a team?

Self determined elite teams organized off instagram and though coaches who do private training. Outside of registering your own team, it seems you have to know someone or have someone vouch for your player to join. Players can register for their skills camp though.

contact the coach on the team you'd like to join. they'll do their research and see if your kid can play. would be good to train with that coach so your player can gain familiarity with some of the other players. and they'll get some extra training plus the playing experience, it's a win win.

+1 reputation among Latino families and coaches who’ve seen ur kid play. Being Latino or POC doesn’t hurt simply bc that is the target group the organization is trying to showcase
