Who had mid year performance appraisals? All of our performances were cancelled for FY25. Nothing we can do about underperformers or even to praise high performers. Can't put someone on a PIP if they don't have a performance measure. |

Not PP but we had mid year evals within the past few weeks. My supervisor just wrote a little narrative into the system about what I'm working on and am exceeding expectations. |

| They aren't doing bump and retreat for RIFs. We shall see what the courts say and if they need to adjust. People who have been RIF'ed have been told there is no competitive area and entire offices are gone. |
