MISA results for graduation credit

Does anyone know how and when the results for MISA were incorporated into the bio grades last year? Wondering whether they will be ready in time for report cards.

Iirc from this board, people posted that some teachers orally informed the students of their Misa grades the last week of school. My current 9th grader hasn’t heard anything yet though.

No. My current 9th grader hasn’t heard yet re this year. Bio is typically taken in ninth grade. But MCPS just a couple minutes ago sent an email saying it should happen this week.

“Information about individual student scores will be made available in three ways; teachers will begin informing students of scores this week; the grades will be included on the report cards posted in ParentVue on June 24 and mailed home on June 25; Individual Student Reports (ISR) will be sent home in early fall providing additional score information.”

Last year our teachers told the kids the scores.

The MISA scores are in. I overheard Bio teachers discussing it and impacts (overly generous) on semester grades.

I asked about experience last year. Btw, it’s not “typically” taken in 9th. My 10th grade magnet kid just took it.

Yes, it is. Your magnet experience is atypical.
