I have been at my new job for a month now and my manager has never spoken to me.

Do they just email you?

I had a job like that. Are you at a clients site?

I had a manager like that recently. I would never talk to him if I didn’t set up 1:1’s. It was weird. Send a meeting request before it continues to get any weirder.
