Vestibular disease in an elderly dog

Does anyone have any experience with vestibular disease in an elderly dog (13 year old lab)? It came on suddenly and other than her head tilting constantly to one side and her being a bit unsteady on her feet, she is acting and eating normally. No sign of an ear infection
I just brought her in to the vet this past weekend for another issue (she is steadily declining sadly), and going to the vet stresses her out so I was hoping to spare her another visit so close to the last. |

| Our cat did that they said it was a small stroke. She lived 2 more years till almost 22. |
