Suggestions for spa resort between DC and NYC?

Anonymous
I'm moving my daugher in for her soph year of college in NYC in late August. Originally we had planned to see Billy Joel and Sting and spend some time on Long Island, but since the concert was cancelled, I'm exploring other options for something fun with her. (DH will be out of the country at the time.). I'm thinking that a great spa resort for 2 nights would be ideal -- looking at some places in Philly, but am open to suggestions.

What's your favorite resort with a great spa along the i-95 corridor?

Maybe Cape May? Stay at Beach Plum Farm.

The new Four Seasons in Philadelphia looks incredible.

Not really on 95, and not really between the two, but.....the Lodge at Woodloch is recognized as one of the best spas in the country. It is ~5 hours from DC and ~3 hours from NYC.

Lodge at Woodloch is wonderful for a couple nights. Excellent food and spa, and lots of activities that are fun for friends to do together.

I second Philly. Maybe you can still catch a concert: https://xpn.org/concert-and-events/
The Who, Heart, NIN, at a glance

Thanks!

I tentatively booked at The Rittenhouse in Philly but am seeing mixed reviews on their spa. I'm going to check out the other suggestions!

Ugh I would skip anything in PA and just stick to NYC.

Ritz Carlton Philly.

If you want to make a detour, Nemacolin.

In addition to the luxury spas in NYC, you could try the Korean spa world or King spa in Queens
