Let’s be real, what in tarnation is this “Pre MLS” business supposed to mean? Ought to be for the young ages who are not MLS age just yet, kinda like Pre ECNL. But how in the world are you gonna call a team “Pre MLS NEXT” when you got sixteen-year-old boys on it? That just tickles me. Also if we want to be real and don’t spread lies, it ought to be called “Pre MLS Next Two” or “Pre-Pre MLS Next” since they only got MLS Next Two anyhow.

Its weird to me to call your team "mls next" when its only "mls next 2". Clubs with their highest teams as Ecnl-rl teams don't call them "ecnl"!

But the league is called ECNL RL (it doesnt make sense but that's the name). Calling your team MLS Next when you are on MLS Next 2 is wrong.

Everyone on the teams and in the club knows and if fully aware it is MLS Next 2 there is no dupe and trick involved at all.

You are all trying to put forth a narrative that is not there at all.

Why not just call your first teams "mls next tier 2" or similar? They are not "mls next" teams. The name is inaccurate.

how funny it’s going to be seeing those poor innocent kids playing with an mls next patch in the ncsl or edp haha better yet, what spin will Revolution directors give to families when they get spanked by a team of low socioeconomic families? Will they call ICE? Or will they try to buy them up?
