Peel and stick wallpaper

Thinking of wallpapering the dining room (sea grass / textured wallpaper). Would peel and stick be doable? Has anyone had issues with removing peel and stick wallpaper after a couple of years? Any recommendations? Thanks!

Have done both peel and stick and regular paste; paste was easier to install. You can move it around and adjust as needed. Peel and stick is hard to do. If you use paste, there is a wallpaper primer you can paint on your walls first to ease removal later - just get it tinted to a color that blends in with the wallpaper and it will also help blend seams

It will damage the walls some. When we took ours down, we had to patch some.
