I keep getting ads for Moon Brew, a drink that’s high in magnesium and other vitamins and nutrients. I’m sure it’s because I sleep terribly and am sometimes on Instagram at 3am (I’m their target audience!!)
But it’s expensive and I don’t want to waste money if it’s a scam. I take magnesium glycinate already, and it helps (but not always—hello 3am wake ups) but the ads talk about lowering cortisol etc… Would love any reviews, thank you! |
| My friend loves it and recommended it last week, but she’s also into a lot of supplements. I’m on the fence about it too. Wish I could just get a sample. |
