Recommendations for crab houses on “this side” of the bay

Looking for places other than Cantlers and ideally on this side of the bridge. Kid friendly, too (though imagine most are).

Want steamed crabs but a menu that has a few other options is a plus.

It doesn't have the atmosphere of being on the water but Bethesda Crab House on Arlington rd in Bethesda has excellent crabs and a child friendly menu if they eat fried shrimp, crab cake, tater tots and hushpuppies. Menu is online. It's not worth the traffic to drive to the bay for me and I think the Bethesda crabs are better anyway. He also obtains Louisiana crabs which I prefer until the bay ones have a chance to get bigger in late summer/fall.
