D6 bus runing very late to pick up students

I don't know if the other parents realize that it's dangerous to go in this heat with the kids waiting outside for 40 minutes.The drivers are parked, sitting with their air conditioning on, while the children are waiting for them. What a shame

That line is notoriously awful. Crazy to have a high school public-transit accessible by one bus, and a consistently poor line as well.

Just commiserating as a palisade resident who has suffered that bus line for 20 years.

Sounds like you have a specific medical condition. It really wasn’t that hot out for a healthy person. No heat advisory. Kids went outside for recess. I am a teacher and we took kids on an hour long nature walk.

Maybe for you it isn't too hot; but for older people and patients waiting outside the hospital it is. And another problem is that students wait 40 minutes and often see dangerous people at bus stops.

I also I reported a man taking photos of students outside the school. The police officer looked for him but he had already gotten on another bus. . it's going to be super hot on Thursday and Friday I hope your bus arrives on time.

Have your kids bring umbrellas or one of those little fans people use for babies if it’s so hot for them to wait.

I’m surprised police even came for a report of someone not doing something illegal. Did you give examples of dangerous behavior?
