Looking for a good OB/gyn in Gaithersburg/Rockville area

Do you have a OB/GYN that you love? I am new to the area and am looking for a doctor since we are TTC. My first was a natural delivery and my OB was very supporting of an all natural birth (no epi/meds, c-section unless absolutely necessary etc.). I would love to have a doctor who supports natural delivery and would be able to personally come for the delivery. I have Blue Cross insurace if it matters.

Also, on a side note, which of the local hospitals is considered best for L&D? I guess it would matter that the Doctor I choose is affiliated/has delivery rights at the hospital that is considered good.

I have heard that Dr.Andy Block at contemporary OBGYN is very good, and if you had to take it further I just heard that GIVF has a new office almost directly across the street from Dr.Block
